Begin lying on your stomach with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart (your wrists should be inline with your shoulders) and your toes slightly wider than hip-width apart behind you.
While holding a medicine ball, step on to the Bosu (either ball side down for advanced or ball side up for beginner). While standing, lower the medicine ball to the right foot while bending the knees.
