Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band have announced a new tour that will bring them to Chicago in April. The “Land of Hope and Dreams” tour will play the United Center at 7:30 p.m. April 29. Tickets go on sale at noon on Feb. 20 via Ticketmaster and on Springsteen’s website. There are no pre-sales.
