This footage is courtesy of the University of Canberra and shows male Trout Cod also known as Bluenose Cod, inspecting and cleaning the nest boxes prior to spawning. We are very hopeful that there will be some spawning events after some nice warm days, which would see these nestboxes full of eggs for the male Trout Cod to guard.
