This sorrel jam is so simple to make, SO yummy and makes a great addition to meals all through the holiday season. I put it on everything lol. Recipe: Sorrel flowers (after boiling) Add to a pot with some sorrel juice Add spices to your preference I added: 2 tbs cinnamon 1 tbs clove 1 tsp ginger half tsp all spice zest and juice of 1 lime granulated sugar (half of whatever the amount of sorrel you used)
