This afternoon, a procession of nearly three dozen Vermont law-enforcement and first-responder vehicles began escorting fallen Rutland City Police Department Officer Jessica Ebbighausen from the University of Vermont Medical Center campus back to the city she loved and served. We join together in mourning her and supporting her loved ones, colleagues, and community at this time of tragedy. We will never forget her service and her sacrifice. | Vermont State Police
