Chatsworth, Los Angeles, Calif. – Police detained two suspects early Friday after officers recovered a U-Haul containing an estimated $20,000 worth of fiber optic cable, according to initial reports. The truck, found in the 20700 block of Prairie Avenue, also contained cable cutters. The suspects were first located around 3 a.m. in the 9400 block of Mason Avenue.
